Telesales Executives

Responsibilities:Be able to sell the company's services over the phoneTurn outbound cold calls into successful callbacksHandle and resolve customer complaintsIdentifying new sales opportunities, informing regular customers of new services, and meeting sales targetsFollow up on customer interaction and transactionsCollect basic KYC based on the automated customer-surveyMaintaining sales and delivery records. Keep track of customer support metrics like conversion rates, customer success, etc.Be able to track your own performance in CRM and keep your ledger in spreadsheetsRequirements:Candidates must be either University or Diploma graduatesDegree in Sales and Marketing or other related fieldsA minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, marketing, Outbound Calls and Customer ServiceApplicants must have good command over the English language and must be able to communicate effortlessly.Excellent communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.He/she must be tech savvy and be able to work efficiently under pressure.Employment Type: ContractLocation: Tema, Community 2Kindly Note:Candidates must be available to work immediately.
