Job Description
Duties
Collate direct debit mandates from various branches
Analyze and retrieve appropriate bank-branch sort code per mandate
Generate arrears report for defaulting customers
Prepares separate direct debit schedules per partner banks and submit same
Submit successful debits files to Finance for crediting respective customers
Ensure defaulting customers are contacted when the need arise
Introduce the possibility of other secondary collection means
Any other duties that may be assign by the Collection Coordinator/Head, Credit and Recovery
Qualification and Experience
Minimum of an HND in Mathematics, Statistics or Information Technology (I.T)
In-depth knowledge in Microsoft (MS) Excel with ability to use logical functions
Knowledge in MS Macros will be an added advantage
At least one(1) year work experience with a proven use of MS Excel
Pays attention to details, has a sense of punctuality, respect, integrity, is service-oriented and trustworthy
Good Communication Skills
Willingness to upskill as required by tasks to be performed
