Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for electrical products and solutions. Identify key market segments and potential customers for targeted sales efforts.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the electrical industry. Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of electrical products, including wiring accessories, lighting fixtures, switchgear, and other electrical components. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of electrical products and solutions. Effectively communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Work closely with customers to address any concerns or objections and reach mutually beneficial agreements.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales volumes and track sales performance against targets. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats in the electrical industry. Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales and marketing is a plus.Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the electrical industry or a related field. Experience selling electrical products, equipment, or solutions is highly desirable.Technical Knowledge: Strong technical background in electrical engineering or related disciplines. Familiarity with electrical products, systems, and applications is essential to effectively engage with customers and address their needs.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence purchasing decisions. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Experience with sales forecasting and reporting tools is a plus.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments and functions.
