Sales And Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:Respond and communicate effectively with potential customers.Sell products both online and to walk-in customers at our office location.Keep accurate records of sales, customer records and interactions, and other relevant data.Ensuring timely and successful delivery of products by coordinating with courier services for online customers.Handle after-sales issues and provide excellent customer support.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.Handle after-sales issues with professionalism and efficiency..Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.Collaborate in implementing new sales and marketing initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Strong background in sales, marketing and customer service.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.Highly organized, excellent time management, and attention to details.Computer literate, fast leaner, and ability to adapt to new technologies.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.Location Advantage:Candidates residing close to the West Hills Mall and it's environs will be given preference due to the proximity to our office location.Please includedetails of two references in your application.Please indicateyour place of residence in your application.Application Deadline: [25th April, 2024]Salary Range:AttractiveEmployment Type:Full Time
