Products Manager

Responsibilities:Analyze and explore the market to identify new opportunities for the product (s) you manageDevelop and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.Develop and Maintain product knowledge to support clients effectivelyPrepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customersBuild effective relationship with the clients to maintain good revenue increase for the organizationCoordinate with other teams like the marketing team to develop and implement plans for product marketing campaignsPerform day-to-day sales administrationMust uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) and work in conformance with the roles as specified in the SOPAchieve Product targets and vendor targetsSatisfy vendor requirements such as creating and submitting monthly reports amongst othersManage inventory of the product(s) and avoid stock out for fast moving items.OHSE RESPONSIBILITIES:Knowledge of and adherence to all TAGG's OHS&E proceduresFollow all safe work procedures, rules, and instructionsRisk AssessmentHazard identification and reportingKnowledge on the safe use of all tools and equipment as applicableQUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure that the Department's processes are delivering their intended outputs.Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement to management.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Ability to monitor and track set targetsAnalyticalAttention to detailData DrivenAbility to negotiateOrganizational skillsProblem SolvingQUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Humanities and Social Sciences.3 years' experience in salesKindly Note:Interested persons should please send their CVs or Resume to ****** .Location:AccraEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary Range:Attractive
