Job Description
Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.
Implement development tools to meet long and short term business goals.
Define change management processes to improve business performance.
Anticipate organizational risk and develop mitigation strategies.
Assist in developing project proposals and plans based on customers requirements.
Requirements
Minimum of 1st or 2nd Degree + professional IHRP.
Minimum of 4 to 9 years of working experience.
Excellent presentation and facilitator skills.
Superior verbal communication skills.
Excellent leadership skills.
