Details of the offer

Duties: * Provide second-tier support on PC, system and peripherals on clients' premises
* Understand user's IT enquiries / requests and solving their problem
* Assist team supervisor to plan resource for service provision to services & carry out PC installation related work

Requirements:

* Diploma / Higher Diploma in IT engineering (or the equivalent)
* Holder of CCNA / MCITP is an advantage but not a must
* At least 3-4 year relevant experience
* Solid experience in supporting the PC/ LAN systems and applications; PC Cloning
* Knowledge of basic networking - (Configure IP, Ping gateway)
* Enthusiastic in new technologies and willing to learn
* Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure is important
* Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
* Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
