Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:To plan and work with other members of a sales or marketing team to plan, execute and monitor a successful marketing campaign.Continuous visiting of client project site and market our concrete product to themLiaise with internal teams and Batching Plant members to ensure that client receive sufficient product information.Prepare and submit monthly marketing report to ManagementLearn to take site measurement and recommended appropriate concrete class to the client.Set specific marketing goals and work hard to achieve themDesign and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targetsUse customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our productsAnalyze sales and marketing metrics and forecast market trendsArrange with Accounts Dept. to issue Proforma Invoice to clientsRequirements/Skill:Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills.Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable.Familiarity with Ready mix concrete business and construction industry management.Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.Understanding of industry best practices.Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trendsExcellent collaboration and teamwork skillsSalary Range: NegotiableLocation: AccraEmployment Type:Full Time
