Duties and Responsibilities
To efficiently Provide general
administrative support
Making travel, accommodation and Pick-up arrangements for the CEO
Filling and retrieving
Documents and Records
Preparing reports
Aptly prepare for meetings and
Taking Minutes
Effectively managing the CEOs
Calendar
Receiving Visitors
Answering Phone calls, Sorting
and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence.
Assist in any other job responsibilities as may be assigned by the
CEO from time to time
Qualifications
and Requirements
Must have completed a Degree in
Communication studies, Social Sciences or in any related field from a
recognized institution
Have Two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to use Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook,
Power point)
Must have Good Oral and Written
Communication Skills
Must Have Good People Skills
