Café Manager

Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the cafeHire and onboard new wait staff and baristasTrain employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipmentCoordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk and other ingredients)Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expensesAdd new menu items based on seasonality and customers' preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer serviceEnsure all cafe areas are clean and tidyNurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputationRequirements and Skills:Work experience as a Cafe Manager or BaristaHands-on experience with professional coffee machinesMust be working in a fast-food environmentPreferably a ladyMust be able to prepare coffees, smoothies, and cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)Able to maintain coffee standardsMust exhibit leadership, control, organizing, and planning.Knowledge in bakeryAvailability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a teamCustomer service attitudeQualification:Minimum Diploma in HospitalityAge range should be between 25 – 35 yearsNot less the 5years experienceShould be working in a fast-food environmentAdditional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plusMinimum of Ghc6,000.00 NetLocation:Adjacent flagstaff houseEmployment Type: FulltimeSalary Range:Gh 6,000.00 minimum
