We are currently operating in 18 African countries.Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate is someone that is a self-starter, motivated, hardworking, honest, sociable, eloquent in the English language, innovative and detailed oriented.The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of engineering projects and should be able to develop proposal responses to Request for Proposals from clients. This person will be able to explain in a proposal a solution for the client request.ResponsibilitiesIdentify new clients and have us registered with them so we can receive proposal requests from them.Coordinate the development of proposals for client's RFP with help from the engineering department.Visit client site for project scoping as part of proposal development.Regular check-ins on clients to ensure they are receiving a satisfactory service from our team.Assist management in developing business strategies based on feedback from clients.Other responsibilities that management might assign.QualificationsBachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering.3 years or more experience as a Sales Engineer.Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executive.Good Communication skills.Basic knowledge of PC.Microsoft Office.Additional InformationProposed Net Salary: GHS3500 - GHS4500Place of Work: AccraNotice: At Wekplace we take our requirements seriously, hence candidates who do not meet the stated primary requirements during our screening process will be rejected.
