Job Duties:Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing communications and brand management strategy that aligns with the business goals, vision and objectivesDevelop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing (SMM), and PPC efforts.Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to inform strategy development and drive Lead generating campaignsDevelop compelling, informative and audience-centric marketing communications materials including: briefs, corporate profiles, key messages, customer presentations, brochures, videos, photo library, advertising copy, and digital and print content.Organize innovative storytelling across multiple categories and manage multiple campaigns at the same timeCommunicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.Contribute to shaping the agenda and content for events when neededDefine key performance indicators for each digital marketing channel which will indicate a campaign's level of successOther related duties as may be assignedQualifications and Skill-Set:Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Advertising or related field; A Master's degree, a plus.Strong marketing communication skills across digital, social and traditional media, direct marketing, content marketing, marketing automation, Lead generation, event marketing, including management of multi-layer campaignsProven work experience within Digital Marketing & Brand ManagementAbility to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar) to independently design digital and print-ready brochures, flyers, and other communicationsStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising; with a solid understanding of different platforms and their respective audiences.Familiarization with the sales funnel and customer journey to help create digital content that aligns with the sales team's scripts, ensuring customers have a consistent experience with the brand.Outstanding copywriting skills, and experience producing copy for a variety of audiencesData-driven mindset with strong analytics experience; SEO analysis and Google AdWords/Analytics experience strongly desired.Experience managing a multi-brand portfolioCapable of working well as part of a team as well as independentlyExperienced in managing the implementation of PR plans, campaigns, events, press conferences, etc.Location:AccraEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary Range:Attractive
