Job Description
Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily task.
Ensure outstanding customer relations and high sales as well as imbibing the banks service culture in all staff members.
Create and implement long term business plan to ensure continuity of business operations in the long run.
Mentor operations team by observing their daily activities and assisting them in solving complicated issues arising from errors in operations.
Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels.
Requirements
Minimum of HND, 1st Degree, ICA.
Minimum of 3 to 6 years post national service experience in banking and other related fields.
Good sense of responsibility.
Good leadership skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Good judgment to make financial decisions
