Responsibilities: * Provide first-line IT support to users on hardware, software server and network problems
* Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance
* Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve relevant IT problems
* Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
* At least 1 year relevant experience in IT deskside / PC support is an advantages
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer service focused mindset
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
* HK Permanent Resident is required
