Job Description
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Talking to staff and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Obtaining replacement or specialist components • Maintaining records of software licenses
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Qualification and Experience
Minimum of an HND in Information Technology (I.T)
Knowledge and experience in Windows administration
Active Directory, Network Services – Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name System (DNS), updates services, networking protocols, enterprise ERP system
Experience in relational database and software development
Pays attention to details, has a sense of punctuality, respect, integrity, is service-oriented and trustworthy
Good Communication Skills
Willingness to upskill as required by tasks to be performed
