Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentIdentifies new business opportunities within accounts and manages sales objectivesDevelop existing accounts and extract maximum value from accounts by delivering excellent servicesTracks jobs delivered on a monthly and/or ad hoc basis and ensures invoices are delivered timeouslyDeliver the agreed actions and taking ownership for the client revenue targets agreed for each clientManages debt schedule for assigned accounts.Customer CareProvides professional, planned and responsive account direction.Develops annual and adhoc client service plans and programs.Facilitate regular communication and liaison with clients at an operational and strategic levelGenerates accurate periodic reports and status notificationsForge emotional bonds and create client loyalty and attract new business via positive word-of-mouth for referral businessCreative Solution ManagementDocument client needs and assist creative team in solution developmentPitches fresh and innovative ideas to clientsDeliver fantastic, award-winning and agency revenue generating projects for clients (with the help of creative and account service team)Actively participate in client presentations of finished creative strategies and executionsUses knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive directionAlign agencies' people, processes with customer needsUnderstand the Client's industry context and operating environment to make meaningful input into Client's strategy.Programme ManagementDevelop project plans to ensure timely delivery of client campaigns together with the traffic managerCompletes projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budgetDay-to-day management of clients' marketing and advertising campaignsOrganizes client feedback to creative teamSupervisory dutiesManages and coordinates activities of assigned client service executives.Departmental dutiesSubmit weekly activity reports to General Manager through Account Director or assigned supervisor. Present quarterly reports.Qualification:A good first degree + CIM certification and experience, a masters degree in marketing would be an added advantage MBA plus 3years experience in product marketing role, 4+ year' proven track record in client service management role.
