Responsibilities:Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing product information, answering questions, and assisting with purchases both in-store and online.Actively promote products and services to drive sales and achieve revenue targets, usingpersuasive sales techniques and upselling strategies.Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate value to customers.Utilize social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to create engaging content, post product updates, and interact with followers.Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally to maintain positive customer relationships.Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and recommend strategies to optimize our social media presence.Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise displays as needed.Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and sales to support business growth and decision-making.Qualifications:Bsc Degree in Business Administration or related field.Proven experience in retail sales or customer service,Proficiency in using social media platforms for personal or professional purposes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn.Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers and support store operations.Location: Baatsona opposite Ghana Water Company.NB: All interested candidates should send cv to ****** Type:Full TimeSalary Range:Atrractive
