Pc Field Engineer

Due to team expansion, we are looking for several PC Field Engineer to join the team. We will provide on-the-job training to less experienced / fresh graduates candidates. It would be a great opportunity to step into the IT industry.

Job Responsibilities:

* Work directly with end users and clients to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of applications
* Provide network support and assist in monitoring of server and network equipment
* Assist in managing hardware and software inventories
* Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

Job Requirement:

1 F.5/F.6 or above
2 Knowledge / Experience in IT is preferred
3 Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
4 Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
5 Immediate available
