Reaching out to potential clients- especially businessmen and women also those in the corporate society at large that needs money to run their business.
Selling of product- business loans- to the prospective clients stated above.
Explaining company policies and resolve clients concerns where applicable.
Keeping good relationship between clients and the company intact by having prompt interactions with them.
Responsible for the completion of all forms and obtain all relevant supporting documents during loan application from the client.
To achieve agreed monthly sales target
Report to office every working day and be available at any company program such as meetings, events etc
Any other role the manager may assign you to.
Qualification and Requirements
To be considered for our sales and marketing position, it is essential that you meet all of the requirements below:
A minimum qualification of HND and Degree holders would be a great advantage.
Proactive, confident, self-motivated and energetic
Strong commercial selling skills and techniques
Ability to sell convincingly and close business deals
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Experience of working to tight timelines and under pressure
Flexible, adaptable, positive mindset and up for a challenge
No experience required, but experience in Sales would be an advantage
Salary Range: Commission, plus other good incentive packages
