Details of the offer

Duties: * To provide the installation, configuration and maintenance support to network devices, and server hardware and software including Linux and Windows servers
* To assist application teams in trouble-shooting and fixing the project-based server and network related issues
* To evaluate impact of installation of software patches and updates to server devices and systems
* To coordinate and collaborate with contractors, application teams and various support teams for scheduling and implementing the server related maintenance tasks
* To provide technical support for server infrastructure whenever there are problems

Requirements:

* Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent
* At least 3 years working experience in IT with a min of 1 year relevant experience
* Have knowledge and experience in the deployment of virtual machine platform, Linux-based and Windows systems
* Solid knowledge and good technical skills in Linux (Red-hat) and hypervisor platform solutions on Linux servers
* Good coordination skills in handling tasks with team members and other parties
* Working in non-office hours may be required
