A Reputable Hospitality Firm seeks the services of a Hotel Front Desk Executive

Minimum Qualification:Diploma
Experience Level:Entry level

Job Description

Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers
Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk
Troubleshooting emergencies
Scheduling your staff rota
Liaising with other departments

Qualification and Requirements
A minimum of an HND/Diploma in hospitality or related field is required
Must have knowledge in IDS Hotel Management software
At least 1-3 years work experience
The ideal person should be experienced in the hospitality industry and conference market
Should be knowledgeable in the Hotel industry
Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers
