Digital Marketing Executive (5 Days- Retail & Wholesales)

Responsibilities - WEBSITE - Responsible for the maintenance and update of the Indigo Living website across all regions which entails:

- Manage front and back-end of all online stores (product upload, price change, discount setup, image management, maintaining online product catalogue, updating content materials)

- Execute and coordinate online promotions inclusive of briefing designers, web programmers and working with sales to ensure relevancy to market and overstocked / discontinued items.

- Develop strategies to drive the overall ecommerce business and user experience of the brand online for both B2B and B2C channels

- SEO/ SEM & BLOG

- Plan, execute and present back all web, SEO / SEM, social media and display advertising / remarketing campaigns across all territories to the Snr Marketing Manager

- Manage regional GA accounts

- Work with regional marketing managers on their online banner campaigns to ensure artwork is delivered and uploaded on time and that ROI is being achieved.

- Work with the Snr Marketing Manager and Marketing Managers on online KOLs and content creation. Ensure Indigo Living are leveraging these relationships online.

- SOCIAL MEDIA & EDMS

- Create social media calendar for Hong Kong based on master marketing calendar and plan

- Oversee social media calendars from each company territory i.e. China and Dubai to ensure alignment with the HO Master Calendar

- Ensure social media channels are posted to regularly according to agreed social media guidelines and initiate ideas to improving fan following with the aim of converting them to sales

- Create and run EDM campaigns

- Run online promotions / competitions and giveaways in conjunction with the HK Marketing Manager. Oversee the same for Dubai if necessary

- PHOTOGRAPHY & EVENTS

- Manage photography needs and requirements for the website and all Indigo Living online channels

- Take short videos for social media platforms

Requirements

- Form 5 or above

- Experience in Magento CMS, Mailchimp, Wordpress, front and back end social media management are all required

- Knowledge of best ecommerce practices

- Photography experience a bonus

- Illustrator design experience a bonus

- Excel proficient

- Candidate must have the ability to manage own workflow and meet tight deadlines

- English communication skills are required – both written and verbal

- Candidate must be a team player, have flexibility and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

- 2 + years experience is required
