Details of the offer

Duties: * Monitor computers, systems and related equipments in data center
* Responsible for the system health check
* Handle the hotline, service desk services and problem escalation
* Handle backup tape and daily report printing

Requirements:

* Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
* Solid working experience in computer/ data center operations is highly preferred
* Good Interpersonal and communication skills
* Good command of English and Cantonese
* Willing to work on shift duties for supporting 24/7 operation
* HK Permanent Resident is required
