Receiving incoming mails and calls.
Update clients record
Developing and sustaining long term relationship with clients t encourage repeat business and client referrals
Providing financial advice and cross-selling companies products and services.
Developing in-depth knowledge of companies products and services to advise clients accordingly.
Manage and resolve client issues and differences
Requirements
Minimum of Diploma, HND, 1st Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, etc.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience in customer service or any related field.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
