Main Duties & Responsibilities:Implement Hollard standards, initiatives and strategies at the branch.Achieve and exceed sales targets, growth, and profitability targets for the branch.Sell Hollard's products to individuals, corporate and other institutional clients using consultative selling techniques.Develop and implement effective prospecting techniques to generate warm leads for Sales Managers and other team members in the catchment area.Ensure exceptional service is provided to clients with speedy claim payments and efficient complaints management.Carry out presentations on Company products and services to prospective clients and institutions and support Sales Managers as they generate leads and close new deals.Resolve concerns and complaints pertaining to the branch operations.Improve skills and competencies of team members through appropriate training and leadership programs.Effectively manage pay points/selling points.Comply with corporate governance and company policies and procedures.Ensure effective management of Human Resource activities including the management of Sales Managers and Agents in the region.Manage other allied channels and partnerships for distribution of retail/individual products.Support the recruitment, selection, and training of Business Executives for Sales Managers in the branch.Prepare periodic reports and presentations on key deliverables and other assigned projects.Qualifications and Competencies:University degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related fieldAdvance Diploma in Insurance or ACII or related field is required.At least 6 years relevant experience with 2 years in management or leadership roleExcellent prospecting and relationship management skillsGood negotiation and communication skillsGood computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Must possess a valid driver's license.Mode of ApplicationKindly Note:Interested persons should send a cover letter and a current resume to: ****** indicateHLA-Branch Manager as the subject of your email.
