Essential Skills / Experience / Degrees:Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of automotive service processes and workshop flow.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in computer software for workflow management, including Ms. Office Suite.Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.Experience:Extensive experience in an automotive workshop environment.Proven track record of coordinating workshop floor activities effectively.Experience in managing technicians and ensuring quality service delivery.Degrees/Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive technology or management preferred.Relevant certifications in automotive service or management.Technical engineering knowledge or certifications in automotive technology are advantageous.5 years in a similar roleMajor Accountability & Tasks:Accountability:Oversee the daily operations of the workshop floor to ensure efficient workflow.Ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.Manage resources effectively to meet service targets.Tasks:Coordinate the assignment of work to technicians based on skill level and job urgency.Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance to ensure timely completion.Facilitate communication between service advisors, technicians, and customers.Implement and maintain workflow management systems to enhance efficiency.Train and support workshop staff in operational best practices.Ensure compliance with safety protocols.Maintains equipment and facility.Ensure regular quality assurance checks to ensure the high standard of repairs and maintenance services.Location:AccraEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary Range:Attractive
