Job Description
Overview
This is a fulltime position in a reputable company with the vision of becoming Ghana’s preferred travel and Tour Operator
by constantly improving, evolving and refining our services to meet our
client’s specific needs.
Reports to
He/She reports directly to the
Business/ Operations Manager

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
General office administration
Planning and booking reservations
Itinerary planning
Tour planning
Customer service and addressing queries
Selling products and services
Establishing executive level, long-term customer relationship for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Other duties as assigned by superior

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
At least 2 years’ industry experience in a similar role within the last four (4) years with an IATA approved agency or
airline
At least 2 years working experience of Amadeus GDS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Office administration experience
Demonstrate knowledge of the tourism industry
Marketing and selling skills
Completion of a certified ticketing course or IATA/UFTA Diploma is an advantage
