Job Description
Daily assessment of employee job profile
Compilation and processing of Monthly Payroll register
Provision of Monthly Payroll report showing net pay and statutory deductions
Payment of net salary to Staff
Accounting and administration
Daily Sales Audit
Receiving new items to POS
Daily Inventory Reconciliation(Audit)
Petty cash handling and dispersal
Release of stock from warehouse to store
Book Keeping(Records to notebook)
Ensuring store aid supplies like, price tags, rubbers, toilet roll, soap etc.
Weekly Petty Cash Expense Register with supporting documentations
Weekly Payment Voucher Expense Register with supporting documentations
Copies of cheques and or EFT advise with supporting documentation
Monthly Bank Statements
Supplier Invoices
All Goods Receive notes
Month End Inventory Report
Detailed Income Statement Report; Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash weekly, Payments weekly, revenue daily and monthly
Balance Sheet
Account Receivable Ageing
Account Payable Ageing
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Expense Analysis
Monthly Inventory Count and Reconciliation report
Initial and quarterly review, filing of self-assessment and payment of Income Tax
Obtaining Tax clearance certificate (as and when)
Review and submission of Company Annual Tax returns
Ad-hoc tax advisory services
Qualification and Requirements
HND / Degree in any business field
At least 2 years work experience
Works three (3) times a week. Two shifts
The person will be required to work every other Saturday
At least 2 years’ experience with a retail business or similar with valid results of turnover and productivity
Qualities:
Punctilious, independent, results oriented, smart and responsive
Part Time
(3 times a week).8 to 5. Will work every other Saturday
